The Eco Briquette is a unique product to the Irish market in that they are made of 100% natural, finest grade hardwood byproduct. No trees are felled specifically for the making of the Eco Briquettes, making it a much more sustainable option.
The dense texture, low moisture, and hardwood make up of the Eco Briquette mean that it will deliver exceptional fuel economy throughout the coldest winter months.
The FSC certificate we proudly display on each package shows they are sourced from Sustainable Forestry and a part of a renewable cycle of production enforced by the Responsible Forestry Council. This means that for every tree that is felled to produce FSC products, more are planted in its place. Our Eco Briquettes comes with FSC Mix certification. There are three types of FSC label: 100%, FSC Mix or FSC Recycled.

We suggest using some of our Kiln Dried kindling sticks and a single Waxies firelighter to get your fire going with your Eco Briquette log. Depending on the size of your stove you may find it easier to break your Eco Briquette log into halves or quarters. This will make using them more comfortable for you, and you’ll make your logs last for even longer!
