Phoenix Firepit - The Devil's Bit
A small Irish-made firepit for evenings when the fire moves outside.
The Phoenix Devil's Bit Firepit has been our most popular firepit for the last four summers. Made in Ireland from stainless steel, it gives you a real wood fire without the need for a permanent garden setup.
It weighs about 3kg, sets up in minutes, and stores away easily when the fire is done. Use it with kiln-dried logs or wood briquettes, plus kindling and Waxies to get the fire started cleanly.
It is not smokeless, as no real firepit is. But the secondary air holes help re-burn gases that would otherwise leave as smoke, giving you a cleaner flame, more usable heat, and lower smoke than a simple open fire setup when used with properly dry fuel.

The secondary air holes help re-burn partially combusted gases near the top of the chamber. This creates a cleaner, hotter secondary burn and reduces smoke compared with a simple open fire setup when used with properly dry fuel.
