At EcoFuel we like two things... Treating our customers extra nice and doing things a little differently.
This year when we sat down to think about our Black Friday (or as we prefer Green Friday!) offering we thought of running a sale for our EcoFamily members.
But we couldn’t think of an interesting discount.
10% felt boring.
So did 50%.
Then it dawned on us...
What about a 100% discount?
What if you could get your entire order for Free?
There must be a catch, right?
Well, yes, there's a (small) catch. You see, we love this little business we’ve built and we’d like it to be around next year. And the year after that.
Which means we can’t do Free for everyone. But what we can do is run a little lottery to give a random selection of our customers their orders 100% free!
So here’s the catch...
1 in every 10 orders will be free.
Aaaaannd (catch number 2)… You don’t find out until after you buy.
Here’s how it works…
- Make sure you sign up for an account to Join EcoFamily.
- Order online or in-store just like any other day.
- On Tuesday, we’ll take all of the orders and run a draw. For every 10 orders, we’ll pick one winner. If we have 100 orders, there’ll be 10 winners. If we have 500 orders, there will be 50 winners. You get the idea.
- If you win, we’ll give you back the cost of your order. 100%.
2 rules
- Domestic orders only. We can’t afford to do this for commercial customers.
- No refunds if you don’t win. So please don’t buy more than you need.

When does it happen?
29th November (Black Green Friday) to 2nd December (Cyber Monday) 2019. Midnight to midnight, a total of 96 hours. We’ll notify the winners on Tuesday 3rd December.
How will you choose the winners?
Marketing Manager Leanne has a fancy ‘Winning Streak’ random winner picker app on her computer. We’ll use that.
Won’t you just pick low-value orders?
We couldn’t do that even if we wanted to. Leanne’s random winner picker is like our version of a Winning Streak wheel. And you can’t hoodwink the wheel! Honestly, it could backfire on us and pick the highest value orders. But that’s the risk we take if we want to give away stuff for free. That's on us.
What if I don't win?
Well, we like to think there are no losers. You've still stocked up on the highest quality kiln dried firewood on the market for the winter. But you could win it all for free!
The only question is… How much do you buy?
